A place discovered, not imposed.

The building next door to Fellows began as a practical decision: parking, storage, and the possibility of a future bakery. Over five and a half years, it became something more—a bakery, coffee and wine shop, and a place to gather.

Rather than erase the building’s character, we worked with its light, rooms, and existing materials. Reuse, worn finishes, wood, and concrete gave the space a sense of age from the beginning. The goal wasn’t perfection. It was a place that would wear well with everyday life.

Christina’s vision and photographic eye meet Tony’s design, building, and operational thinking. Here, those perspectives come together around the daily rituals of bread, coffee, wine, and gathering—with naturally leavened bread at the foundation.
